  • What is included when I rent the event space?

    We offer flexible rental options that include a choice of access to our waterfalls, cave dining area, the Tree of Fire and Water, Guinevere’s Gastropub, our 8-foot fire pit, and other immersive outdoor features.

  • Do you provide catering services?

    While we don’t provide in-house catering yet, we work closely with local catering partners and can offer recommendations. You’re also welcome to bring in your preferred  caterer.

    • How far in advance should I book my event?

      We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates, to secure your preferred event date. Call or text (386)481-7858 to inquire.

    • Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

      Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Details on deposit amounts and payment schedules will be provided during the booking process.

    • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Do you have on-site parking available?

      Yes, parking is available on the side of Ocean Shore Blvd. going north and south.

    • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

        It’s one of our signature immersive features—a stunning installation combining natural elements of fire and water to create a magical focal point for your event.

      • Is the 8-foot fire pit available for guest use?

        Yes! The fire pit adds a cozy and dramatic atmosphere to evening events. Safety guidelines must be followed during its use.

      • Are the waterfalls and cave dining area included in the rental?

        Yes, these features are available depending on the rental package selected. We’re happy to discuss how to incorporate them into your event.

      • Is Guinevere’s Gastropub open during events?

        Guinevere’s Gastropub is available as part of select  event rental packages. It’s a perfect spot for cocktail service or casual gathering space.

        • Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

          We have a limited number of tables, chairs, and tablecloths available for use. You are welcome to bring in additional rentals to customize your event.

        • Can I hire my own event planner or decorator?

          Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in your own event planner or decorator to personalize the space for your celebration. No glitter please.

        • Is there space for live music or a DJ?

          Yes, we can accommodate live music and DJs. Let us know during the planning process so we can help coordinate the best setup.

        • Do you allow outdoor tents or structures?

          Yes, outdoor tents and structures are permitted. Please discuss this with our team in advance to ensure proper placement.

        • Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at your venue?

          Yes, our versatile space is perfect for hosting both ceremonies and receptions in one unforgettable location.
