✓Up to 14 hours of venue access (includes vendor load-in + breakdown)

✓Full use of ceremony + reception spaces

✓Rehearsal time slot (scheduled around other events)

✓Engagement photo access (if desired)

✓Basic ambient lighting and uplighting in the main gathering areas and cave

✓House table & chair to 100 people 

✓Table coverings + house centerpieces

✓Full use of bar / cocktail hour / reception (must have a licensed bartender - we have a full preferred vendor list)

✓Use of full size refrigerator (for cake storage, etc.)

✓Cleanup basics: trash removal + end-of-night walkthrough

The Afterglow Reception

For couples who already have a ceremony location and want a gorgeous space to celebrate with family and friends after the ceremony.

✓Up to 10 hours of reception-only access (includes vendor load-in + breakdown)

✓Reception space (main celebration area + guest flow zones)

✓Basic ambient and uplighting in the reception area and cave

✓Full use of bar / cocktail hour / reception (must have a licensed bartender - we have a full preferred vendor list)

✓Use of full size refrigerator (for cake storage, etc.)

✓House table & chair to 100 people 

✓Table coverings + house centerpieces

✓Cleanup basics: trash removal + end-of-night walkthrough

  • What type of events can be hosted at your venue?

    We host a variety of events, including weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, holiday events, and more.

  • How do I schedule a tour at your venue?

    Please contact us directly to schedule a personal tour. We’d love to show off our unique space  and discuss how we can make your event unforgettable. Call or text: (386) 481-7858.

  • Do you provide catering at your venue?

    While we don’t provide in-house catering yet, we work closely with local catering partners and can offer recommendations. You’re also welcome to bring in your preferred  caterer.

  • How far in advance should I book my event?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates, to secure your preferred event date. Call or text (386)481-7858 to inquire.

  • Do you include tables, chairs and linens in your venue rental?

    We have a limited number of tables, chairs, and tablecloths available for use. You are welcome to bring in additional rentals to customize your event.

  • Is there a stage for live music or a DJ?

    Yes, we can accommodate live music and DJs. Let us know during the planning process so we can help coordinate the best setup.

  • Do you allow tents or other structures?

    Yes, outdoor tents and structures are permitted. Please discuss this with our team in advance to ensure proper placement.

  • Can we hold a ceremony and reception at your venue?

    Yes, our versatile space is perfect for hosting both ceremonies and receptions in one unforgettable location.
